With 6 grams of Brainfood in each sachet, you get a generous dose of simply positive ingredients. One sachet can last for breakfast as well as lunch.

Because of the larger size, you may wish to begin with half a
packet (3 grams) per day. You can gradually increase to taking a
full packet at a time, or split it up for 2 doses, with
breakfast and lunch. Each BrainFoodMD box contains 30 sachets,
each with 6 grams of BrainFood. That's about
twice the amount
of of brands.
Shakes, smoothies, and coffee.
If you are a coffee drinker (preferably organic), start by
using half a pouch for the first week, with added milk or cream,
or any kind of milk replacement (almond milk, soy milk, oat
milk, etc). The fat in milk or milk replacement products is
important for better absorption of the product.
1. Start with half a packet (3 grams) in hot water of coffee.
2. Take a moment to smell the aroma of the magical spices.
3. You can also add our powder to teas, smoothies, puddings, and baked goods.
4. Add raw honey if you prefer a slightly sweeeter taste.
5. Remember to stir from time to time as the ingredients may settle at the bottom of the cup.
